Foundation Programs

From its inception, The Meninak Foundation has never deviated from its principal mission:

To provide assistance to youth oriented programs, especially when few funding avenues are available.

The Meninak Foundation selects recipients on an annual basis to areas of greatest need in our community. Two permanent programs of the Meninak Club are supported by The Meninak Foundation. These are:

Meninak Leadership Grants -
College scholarships in the form of one-time grants are provided to area high school seniors. Winners are chosen from participants in Youth Leadership Jacksonville, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing leadership potential in high school students throughout Northeast Florida.

Annual Charity Project -
A major gift program that encourages local charitable organizations to apply for funds typically used for capital improvements. The size of the gift is dependent on the funds raised by the Foundation and the income produced by its corpus. The recipient is determined by the Club's Charity Project Committee.
